Simple, regular care keeps your blinds and shades looking new for years.
Dusting
All products can be easily maintained with regular light dusting using a feather duster, soft cloth, or dusting mitt.
Vacuuming
For deeper cleaning, vacuum gently with a brush-type attachment. Avoid high-suction or hard-bristle attachments, which can damage delicate materials.
Steaming
Soft fabrics are steam-pressed during manufacturing. Steaming may be needed at installation and periodically after to remove wrinkles — use a hand-held, travel-sized steamer on low heat that provides continuous steam. Heavy-duty steamers are not recommended.
Spot Cleaning
Where suitable, use a clean, soft white cloth or sponge moistened with lukewarm water, adding a mild, non-abrasive detergent with no additives if necessary. Blot gently — don't rub — to avoid creasing or damaging the fabric. Spot cleaning is not recommended for soft fabric window treatments; these should only be cleaned by a professional drapery or dry cleaner experienced with decorative fabric window coverings.
Static
Dry conditions can cause static on window coverings. If this happens, lightly apply an anti-static spray following the manufacturer's instructions, and let the shade dry completely in the fully lowered position.
