Perfect Fit Guarantee
Custom blinds and shades are built to the exact measurements you provide, so getting those numbers right matters. Before you order, walk through our free How To Measure guide and our Installation & Programming Instructions — between the two, most customers measure and install with confidence on the first try.
If you followed our measuring guide and your product still doesn't fit correctly because of a measuring error, we'll remake it once, free of charge, on the first order of that item per household.*
How to Submit a Claim
Contact us at hello@northernblinds.ca or (800) 555-0142 within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the fit issue, and a photo of the installed product. Our team will confirm the remake and walk you through next steps. Because custom-sized product can't be resold, we ask that the original mismeasured item be donated to a local charity partner rather than shipped back to us.
Colour Match Guarantee
Colours can look different on a screen than they do on your wall, which is why we send free fabric samples before you order. If you ordered samples first, chose a colour that reasonably matches them, and you're still not happy once your order arrives, we'll remake it once in a different colour, free of charge. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number.*
Best Price Promise
Find the identical product, in the identical size and configuration, for less somewhere else within 60 days of placing your order? Send us the details through our contact page and we'll match that price — plus take an extra 10% off the difference.
30-Day Price Guarantee
Prices move. If the price on the exact product and configuration you ordered drops on our own site within 30 days of your delivery date, let us know and we'll refund you the difference — no need to cancel or reorder.
Need a remake for another reason? We get it — sometimes a room gets repainted or a design changes. Remakes requested for reasons outside the guarantees above are available anytime at 15% off.A

* Perfect Fit and Colour Match remakes are limited to a combined total of 6 blinds or shades per household.
A Discretionary remakes are offered at 15% off the original product price.
Remakes for any reason at a width or height over 94" may incur an additional $85 oversize shipping charge.
